Review by Chetta Dodge.
In this action-packed book Jack, Charlie, Wren and Slink live in an underground bunker. They call themselves the Urban Outlaws. Charlie is an engineer. Jack is a hacker. Wren is a great actor. Slink is always ready to do dangerous missions whenever necessary. They figure out a government's conspiracy theory and more.
This is a great book in my opinion. I love all of the action. This is a great book for 4th graders and older.
