Review by Livi Campbell.
I loved this book! This book was all about two people named Leo and Amanda whose birthday is on the same day and always celebrated it together, until their last birthday when Leo said something rude that hurt Amanda's feelings. They stopped being friends from that point on. When their 11th birthday came up, they have separate parties but not as good as the ones shared. The next day, it's their birthday again! This book is great for people who like happy endings and mysteries. This book is great for ages 9 through 13.

Eleven Birthdays is an awesome book! It is about a girl's eleventh birthday. The twist is that her eleventh birthday keeps repeating. She has to figure out how she can stop it from repeating. It turns out that the only person besides her that knows the day is repeating is the girl's friend. I love this book because there are lots of cool twists and turns. I also like this book because it is magic realism. I recommend this book for fourth graders and older. I hope you enjoy Eleven Birthdays!

Review by Joanna Cordle.
Amanda and Leo were once best friends, but because of something Leo said, they haven't been talking to each other. Their eleventh birthday is coming up and they both are having their own birthday party instead of have a joined one like every other birthday they could remember. Things don't go as planned, and their birthday never seems to end. I really like this book because of all of the mystery and suspense. I would recommend this book to people who like adventure and time travel. I would also recommend this book for fifth grade and up.
